Depending on your bike model, some service requirements/costs may vary, including new parts and labour to fit them - however this will be discussed with you prior to any work being completed.

* Please note we cannot work on any e-Bike from brands other than Giant, LIV or Momentum, or service any bike from these brands that had been 'chipped' or tampered with in any way.
FREE SERVICES
All bikes purchased at Giant Hampton come with two complimentary services as below :-)
For new Giant, LIV and Momentum bikes not purchased at Giant Hampton we will complete a first service free of charge with proof of purchase from original store.
FIRST SERVICE: 8 to 10 weeks post purchase
Any new bike purchased at Giant Hampton
SECOND SERVICE: 10 to 12 months post purchase
Within 6 to 9 months of purchase
Valid where a First Service has been completed within 16 weeks of purchase.

EVERYTHING ELSE
SUPPLIED PARTS
While we are generally able to source any part for you, should you wish to provide your own we are happy to fit them.
We will provide a labour quote for this prior to any work being undertaken.
POST SERVICE BIKE COLLECTION
We’re low on storage space so we do ask that bikes are collected within 2 working days of job completion. If you need a little longer please just let us know at the time of booking so we can make suitable arrangements.
Bikes left beyond 5 days without prior approval will incur a storage fee of $10 per day.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
All workshop jobs are quoted with safety, quality and affordability in mind.
While we will always try to provide options, you have the ability to decline any works/parts if you do not wish us to complete/fit them.
However - In certain circumstances we may refuse to begin or continue work if we feel that you have declined work/parts that are required for the safe operation of the bike, or for a job to be completed to a satisfactory standard.
E-BIKES: OTHER BRANDS
Our insurance covers the assessment & work on Giant, LIV & Momentum branded eBikes only. For other branded e-bikes we recommend contacting the store you purchased the bike from.
E-BIKES: CHIPPED/MODIFIED
We do not work on e-Bikes that have been tampered with as they have no insurance coverage.
